Food Safety Audits

HACCP Audit - Services in the Field of Food Safety

We perform an independent assessment of the compliance of the system with the requirements of the HACCP, and give an opinion and recommendations that guide an organization towards further activities and improvements of the existing system.

We also review the implementation of the HACCP system by the suppliers and subcontractors and issue a professional and impartial assessment of the situation. Periodic Monitoring of the HACCP System in an Organization Every organization must adapt the established HACCP system to development and to other changes introduced to the existing processes. If it wants to follow the rapid development and increasing customer demands, an organization must also follow the legislative changes in the food sector and always ensure the efficient implementation of the HACCP system despite the changes introduced. For these reasons, the system must be periodically reviewed, evaluated and improved. You can leave the design of a plan for periodic assessments of the situation to us. We will carry out the assessments in a professional manner.

Internal Audits

Food Standards Code require businesses conduct a review of their food safety programs. Businesses requiring HACCP certification must conduct an internal audit of their Food Safety Program at least annually. We can conduct this audit using your or our comprehensive internal audit report and identify any potential non-conformances before your external auditor or council health officer raises non-compliance or breaches. Alternatively we can train your staff to undertake an internal audit.

We currently undertake internal audits for a number of clients, allowing them to proactively manage multi sites or franchise stores.
